Iris Dampers

Iris dampers are efficient airflow regulators. The lens like closure enables accurate control and smooth, low noise airflow. Each damper is provided with manometer connections providing direct pressure measurements if required. Fully open they provide a 100% free area with no part of the mechanism in the airstream. They are easily adjusted with the spanner included with each damper.

Fix into rigid duct runs using rivets or screws. Flexible ducts can be connected to the damper with a hose clip.

Note that iris dampers are balancing/regulating dampers. They do not provide a complete shut off.
